A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the wetland ecosystem at Zhangye Station from 2012 to 2024

The raw observation data were collected using the eddy covariance method at Zhangye wetland station in the middle reaches of the Heihe River Basin from 2012 to 2024. The site is located in Zhangye National Wetland Park, Gansu Province, with the underlying surface of reed wetland. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications, the raw observation data were processed to get this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the annual data includes 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
