Metagenome or environmental sample from Marine Bacteria and Archaea

This study was carefully undertaken to sequence the whole metagenome of marine sediment from Karankadu Coastal region of Palk Bay, India using Illumina HiSeq 2000. By doing so, this study reports the presence of novel genes, metabolic pathways and other intricate pathways prevailing in the unexplored marine sediment of Palk Bay
