AM models were established in C57BL/6 mice using MC903 and OVA sensitization, followed by intranasal OVA challenges. An intraperitoneal OVA-sensitized asthma model served as a control. RNA-Seq analysis was conducted on lung CD45+ immune cells from these models. Lung CD45+ immune cells were collected from control group (C, n=3), intraperitoneal OVA-sensitized group (AA, n=3) and MC903 plus OVA sensitized mouse model (AM, n=4).
