资源简介:
The goal of the study was to investigate the effect of cell elongation and alignment independent of fluid shear stress on the endothelial transcriptome. Primary carotid artery endothelial cells isolated from a single male, juvenile baboon were cultured on either fully planar, non-patterned polyurethane surfaces or on topographically micropatterned polyurethane with 3 um wide ridges and grooves. After 24 hours of static culture, total RNA was isolated and samples underwent bulk RNA-sequencing. Differential gene analysis was performed using RNA-seq data.
