资源简介:
This study investigated the impact of dietary curcumin on dysbiosis and compromised gut integrity linked to high-fat, high-sugar diets (HFHSD) and aging in naturally aged male mice. Eighteen-month-old male C57BL/6 mice were fed a normal chow diet (NCD) and an HFHSD, with or without added curcumin (0.4% w/w), for an 8-week period. Our findings showed protective effect of curcumin in gut integrity and microbiome profile.
