Raw output of the Java plug-in for particle detection

The folder contains 50 excel files (one per picture) produced by the
Java plug-in for particle detection. In each file, the particles are
indicated by row. For each particle are provided the name of the picture
analyzed (Label), the area of the particle (Area, in px2),
the coordinates on the picture (X & Y, in px), the perimeter of the
particle (Perim., in px), its major and minor dimensions (Major &
Minor, in px), the angle between both dimensions (Angle, in degrees) and
the number of the picture (Slice, here equals 1). The folder content
can be simply processed using the custom R function
produce_counts_from_tables.R.
