Gendered Transitions in the Philippine TVET Pipeline: Master Dataset (Provincial Panel 2023–2024)

A two-year balanced provincial panel (88 provinces × 2 calendar years = 176 observations) integrating sex-disaggregated administrative records from the Philippine Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) with provincial poverty incidence (Family Income and Expenditure Survey 2023) and demographic data (Census of Population and Housing 2020) from the Philippine Statistics Authority. Contains 65 variables including pipeline transition ratios (Graduation Rate, Assessment-to-Graduate Ratio, Certification Pass Rate, End-to-End Yield) computed separately by sex, gender-disparity measures, and the six province-level predictors used in the determinants regression analysis. Ancillary documentation is provided across 8 worksheets. The regression sample (n = 164) covers 82 non-National Capital Region provinces.
