资源简介:
Two new mixed-ligand coordination polymers with the chemical formulae of [Co(3mad)(dpa)]n (<b>1</b>, 3mad = 3-methyladipate, dpa = 4,4′-dipyridylamine) and [Co(33dmg)(dpa)]n (<b>2</b>, 33dmg = 3,3-dimethylglutarate) have been successfully synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of the Co(NO3)2·6H2O, methyl-substituted aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, and the hydrogen-bonding capable 4,4′-dipyridylamine (dpa) ligand. Furthermore, the treatment activity of compounds <b>1</b> and <b>2</b> against low transit constipation (STC) was evaluated <i>in vivo</i>. Firstly, the ELISA detection was conducted for the neurotransmitter measurement, such as acetylcholine and serotonin. Then, the intestinal transmission function was tested to reflect the treatment effect of compounds <b>1</b> and <b>2</b> <i>in vivo</i>.
