食管癌是指发生在食管上皮组织的恶性肿瘤，是全球范围内较为常见的恶性肿瘤之一。本产品提供DNA、RNA的分析流程以及单细胞的分析流程。其中DNA包含点突变、结构变异、融合分析、CNV变异分析。RNAseq除了基因表达差异外，还包括新转录本发现、等位基因特异性表达、转录本和非编码RNA的相互作用。单细胞分析包括细胞类别鉴定、细胞间通讯、单细胞轨迹分析、转录因子的分析。

Esophageal cancer refers to malignant tumors arising from the epithelial tissue of the esophagus, and is one of the more common malignant tumors worldwide. This dataset provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA, and single-cell samples. Specifically, DNA analysis covers point mutations, structural variations, fusion gene analysis, and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. For RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), in addition to differential gene expression analysis, it also includes de novo transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis encompasses cell type identification, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory analysis, and transcription factor analysis.
