2.取所有符合条件的硬度数值,记维氏硬度值为x,以材料种类为聚类标准,n为统计范围内该种类材料的总个数,分别得出不同材料生产的10级螺母硬度极大值、极小值,均值μ=(x1+x2+...+xn)/n;
3.使用STDEV.S函数计算该材料维氏硬度的中位绝对离差MADe(x)=STDEV.S(x1,x2...xn),作为该材料的维氏硬度标准差s的估值;
4.使用TINV函数得出对应分位数和自由度下的t值,计算过程中置信水平为95%,自由度为(n-1),t为双尾临界值;
5.得出95%概率下维氏硬度分布区间=(μ-t*s/√n,μ+t*s/√n),其中√n为该材料总个数的平方根;
6.数据应用:95%概率下维氏硬度分布区间越小,稳定性越高,分析不同材料生产的10级螺母硬度的极大值、极小值及其数值的稳定性,为螺母选材改进提供支撑。
Nuts produced from different raw materials exhibit differences in hardness. The Vickers hardness distribution interval at the 95% confidence level can reflect the hardness distribution and stability of nuts made from a given material. Analyzing the maximum, minimum values, distribution characteristics, and stability data of Vickers hardness for Grade 10 nuts produced from various materials provides valuable guidance for nut production, procurement, R&D, and other related aspects.
1. Material Selection and Evaluation: At the initial stage of design and manufacturing, this dataset can help select appropriate materials and more quality-stable materials based on the application scenarios of nuts. For example, certain scenarios require nuts with high hardness to resist wear and deformation.
2. Quality Control and Inspection: During the production process, this dataset can be used to verify whether product quality meets standards. If the hardness value deviates from the 95% confidence interval, it may indicate problems in the production process, such as improper heat treatment, helping to take corrective measures in a timely manner.
3. R&D and Optimization: In the R&D process of new materials or new processes, hardness is an important parameter for evaluating material performance and improving process effects. 1. Data Collection: Raw materials for producing nuts include 35CrMo, 42CrMo, etc. Raw materials affect the hardness of nuts. Take all eligible hardness values, denote the Vickers hardness value as x, take the material type as the clustering criterion, n as the total number of this type of material within the statistical scope, and calculate the maximum and minimum hardness values of Grade 10 nuts produced from different materials respectively, as well as the mean μ=(x₁+x₂+…+xₙ)/n;
3. Use the STDEV.S function to calculate the median absolute deviation MADₑ(x)=STDEV.S(x₁, x₂…xₙ) as the estimate of the Vickers hardness standard deviation s of this material;
4. Use the TINV function to obtain the t-value corresponding to the quantile and degrees of freedom. During the calculation, the confidence level is 95%, the degrees of freedom is (n-1), and t is the two-tailed critical value;
5. Obtain the Vickers hardness distribution interval at 95% probability = (μ - t*s/√n, μ + t*s/√n), where √n is the square root of the total number of this material;
6. Data Application: The smaller the Vickers hardness distribution interval at the 95% confidence level, the higher the stability. Analyze the maximum and minimum hardness values of Grade 10 nuts produced from different materials, as well as the stability of their values, to provide support for nut material selection and improvement.
