资源简介:
The aim was to identify differentially expressed genes in Drosophila neural tumors caused by the combined knock-down of prospero and Syncrip, compared to tumors caused by the knock-down of prospero. Overall design: Tumors were induced in the ventral nerve cords of larvae by mis-expressing UAS-RNAi constructs targeting prospero and Syncrip using poxn-GAL4. Adult ventral nerve cords containing bulk tumors were dissected, from which RNA was purified. Wild type tissue is also included in the dissected material. We have 3 different types of samples made in duplicate: [1] normal ventral nerve cords of approximately 6-day-old adults (wt1, wt2). They contain no NB; [2] Ventral nerve cords of approximately 6-day-old adults that contain prosRNAi NB tumors (cnt, cnt2); and [3] Ventral nerve cords of approximately 6-day-old adults that contain prosRNAi syncripRNAi NB tumors (Syp1, Syp2).
