Transcriptome of Sparganium stoloniferum Rhizoma at different growth stages

The aim of this study was to construct transcriptome data of Sparganium stoloniferum Rhizoma at different growth stages to provide the basis for screening key genes related to coordinated defense of Sparganium stoloniferum. Rhizoma tissue was collected at different times. RNA was extracted and sequenced. In order to ensure the reliability of the experiment, three biological replicates were performed for each group.
