EVISAN (Expert Visual Sperm Annotation) is a specialized biomedical dataset dedicated to multi-sperm detection and tracking under microscopy. It includes high-quality manual annotations completed by multiple biologists, with data sourced from sperm samples of different donors. The dataset was collected using an Olympus CX31 microscope, covering two magnification levels (200× and 600×) and totaling 6000 static images. It also provides independent test videos and an algorithm evaluation framework, specifically designed for the development and evaluation of automated sperm detection and tracking algorithms for deep learning models.
