Land Division Applications

This dataset contains land division development applications pursuant to the Planning Act and Development Act 1993 lodged between November 1989 and October 1996 which had more than 5 allotments and all applications lodged since October 1996 regardless of the number of allotments.\r\nOnce a Certificate of Approval to Divide has been lodged with the Lands Titles Office the plan is deposited and the application (or relevant parts of an application for staged applications) status is changed from proposal to deposited. Other statuses record and reflect the current status of applications (and stages): refused, withdrawn and lapsed.
