Weed diversity and floral potential in olive groves from a French Mediterranean region

The data set describes the weed species diversity and abundance, floral quantity and traits in 16 olive groves along a pedoclimatic gradient in the French Mediterranean region (Occitanie) at seven dates from September 2021 to June 2022. Floral traits related to pollinator attraction and rewards were measured at the species level in a greenhouse experiment in 2022 (n=22). The data set includes a detailed description of pedoclimatic conditions and agricultural practices of all the surveyed fields.
