Architectural Good Practices Case of Study: Data, Configurations, Representations, Results and Provenance Metadata

This repository contains the workflow configurations, curated and generated datasets, protein representations, analysis results, and provenance records associated with the antimicrobial peptide case study presented in Architectural Good Practices for Reproducible Benchmarking in Protein Machine Learning. The case study was developed using peptide data derived from Peptipedia v2.0. These materials support the reproduction, verification, inspection, and reuse of the analyses and results reported in the associated article.
