Selected variables from questionnaire survey data to evaluate risk factors for Campylobacter spp. exposure in small-scale chicken farms and small-scale chicken retailers in Nairobi, Kenya.A two-step statistical analysis using univariable logistic regression followed by multivariable logistic regression was performed using these variables to identify risk factors for the presence of Campylobacter spp. at farm, or retailer level, respectively.
