资源简介:
This dataset contains experimental and theoretical results from the study of heat transport in suspended single-crystal diamond cantilevers with sub-micrometer widths. "Imaging heat transport in suspended diamond nanostructures with integrated spindefect thermometers", Physical Review Letters, 2026Temperature profiles are measured using embedded nitrogen-vacancy (NV) spin defects acting as in-situ thermometers, enabling spatially resolved thermal mapping under laser heating. The data include measured temperature gradients, extracted effective thermal conductivities as a function of cantilever width, and first-principles simulations based on the linearized phonon Boltzmann transport equation and viscous heat equations. The combined experimental and computational results demonstrate non-diffusive, sub-ballistic heat transport arising from the interplay of intrinsic phonon scattering and boundary effects.
