Interview Transcripts for Airport Brand Association Study

These transcripts detail conversations with air travellers regarding their most recent trip using air travel. These are based off semi-structured interviews conducted between September 2017 and January 2018. The interview questions are shown on the first page, followed by transcripts from the 240 interviews. Interviews were conducted in Palmerston North and Wellington, New Zealand. The study was peer-reviewed and deemed to be low-risk and was registered as such on Massey University's Human Ethics Database.
