MGBC-KrakenBracken: custom Kraken2/Bracken database for analysing the mouse gut microbiome

Kraken2/Bracken database for the Mouse Gastrointestinal Bacteria Catalogue. Database was built from 26,640 high quality, non-redundant genomes of the MGBC. This dataset includes an example output of this database (bracken-out_2664.tar.gz) and metadata for 2,446 mouse gut metagenomes used in the study (sample-metadata_2446.tar.gz).
