资源简介:
Background:Microbiota dysbiosis in liver transplantation using brain-dead normal or steatotic liver graft need exploration. Methods: Steatotic liver was induced by high fat diet in rat, then brain death was constructed and sustained for 9hours.Liver was harvested and transplanted to a normal receptor. Intestinal contents were collected in donor at the time of liver graft harvested and in receptor 3 days after transplantation for absolute quantification. And results were compared with control and sham operation group. Results: Brain death cause microbiota richness and diversity significantly decreasing only in steatotic rat. Brain death could cause microbiota dysbiosis both in slim and steatotic rats. However, the effect of liver transplantation on microbial community seem that could overwhelm the effect of brain death on liver grafts, reflecting by no changed microbial community in slim recipients after receiving slim or steatotic liver grafts. Conclusions: Brain death resulted in microbiota dysbiosis in rats, and may strengthen by steatosis; however, it seems that brain death could not affect microbial community change after liver transplantation both in slim and steatotic liver graft.
