Patient data matrices The data matrices contain the baseline parameters and clinical variables (i.e., immune markers, immune reconstitution, clinical outcomes) for the cohort of the present study. File “hBD2_with_healthy_controls”: Plasma concentrations of human beta defensin 2 in patients and healthy controls.
