We present the AMAP (Automatic Morphological Analysis of Podocytes) dataset, a collection of kidney tissue images designed for training and validating deep learning models in podocyte morphology analysis. This dataset comprises 209 super-resolution STED microscopy images of mouse kidney tissue with manual annotations of slit diaphragms and foot processes.
The dataset consists of 209 TIF images, divided into 190 for training and 19 for validation. The label directory contains annotations for all 209 images. Some samples consist of multiple z-stacks. In AMAP, a maximum intensity projection of these images has been used in the training and inference pipeline.
