For unified intelligent management of automobile parking spaces: When a vehicle enters or exits a parking spot, the geomagnetic parking space detector accurately captures changes in the parking space's status and immediately determines whether the spot is occupied. The data is then transmitted in real time to the cloud processing platform via the NB-IoT network. The cloud platform parses the received data, looks up the mapping relationship between devices and parking spaces, matches and identifies the specific parking space number and the detailed information of its affiliated road segment, and updates the parking space status and occupancy status based on the uploaded data. This helps urban planning authorities and traffic management departments understand the distribution of parking duration and occupancy status across different road segments and parking spaces, which is conducive to optimizing the layout of parking spaces, providing more real-time available parking spots and related information for vehicle owners in busy road sections, and improving parking efficiency. Finally, the province, city, road segment, district, total parking times, total parking duration and average parking duration are persistently stored on an annual basis.
