NMJ Data from Drosophila Melanogaster RNAi Experiment

This dataset contains the quantitative data used for the morphological analysis of neuromuscular junctions (NMJs) in various genotypes of Drosophila melanogaster. The analysis was conducted to understand the impact of RNAi-mediated gene silencing on synaptic structures. The dataset includes measurements of NMJ density and bouton area for both wild-type and RNAi-treated groups. The files are organized as follows: RNAI M4 L1 2 Bouton Data.csv: Contains bouton number and area measurements for the RNAi M4 L1 2 group. RNAI M4 L1 3 Bouton Data.csv: Contains bouton number and area measurements for the RNAi M4 L1 3 group. WT M4 L2 3 Bouton Data.csv: Contains bouton number and area measurements for the WT M4 L2 3 group. WT M4 L4 2 Bouton Data.csv: Contains bouton number and area measurements for the WT M4 L4 2 group. Each CSV file includes columns for: Bouton Number: Identifier for each bouton. Area (µm²): Area measurement of each bouton.
