Targets of CDK12 on ZR-75-30 breast cancer cells (RNA-seq)

RNA-sequencing analysis of CDK12 overexpressiong ZR-75-30 cell lines. Cyclin dependent kinase 12 (CDK12) is amplified in approximately 70-90% of HER2 amplified breast cancer. Results provide insight into the targets of CDK12 in HER2 positive breast cancer. Total RNA was isolated from ZR-75-30 cell infected with control (pLVX) or CDK12 (pLVX-CDK12) lentiviruses using Trizol reagent. For each of the 2 conditions, 3 biological replicates were included. In total, 6 RNA-sequencin samples were analyzed; 3 controls and 3 CDK12 overexpressing cells.
