Dataset of docked structures for Topoisomerases-Histone Deacetylase-Dual Targeted Quinoline-Bridged Hydroxamates as Anticancer Agents

The dataset contains docking poses of inhibitors 5C and 5G in the binding site of human TopoIIα, docking poses of inhibitors 5C and 5G in the binding site of human TopoI-DNA complex, docking poses of inhibitors 5C and 5G in the binding sites of HDAC1, HDAC6 and HDAC8 and protein-protein docking poses of hTopoIIα and HDAC1. All files are provided in pdb format.
