RNAseq of subcutaneous adipose tissue macrophage populations, AT-macrophages derived from 3D cultures and BM-cultured macrophages

The aim of this study was to conduct a comparative analysis between the AT-macrophages derived from 3D cultures and in vivo sc-AT macrophage populations. To this end, bulk RNA Seq analysis was performed between these two populations, and compared to BM- cultured macrophages. scAT macrophages were sorted based on CD45+, F4/80+ and CD11b+. AT-macrophages derived from 3D cultures and BM- cultured macrophages were harvested after 13 days in culture.
