EEG Motor Intention Dataset for Rehabilitation Oriented Brain Computer Interfaces

This dataset contains EEG recordings acquired during motor intention tasks involving upper- and lower-limb movements. Two complementary datasets are provided.

The first dataset includes full 32-channel EEG recordings from 30 healthy participants. The second dataset is a curated subset consisting of 24 participants with low-noise recordings, restricted to five motor-related channels (Cz, C3, C4, Fz, and Pz), designed to emulate realistic low-density clinical BCI configurations.

EEG signals were recorded following the international 10–20 system and are provided in FIF format, together with an Excel file containing experimental metadata. All procedures were approved by the local Ethics Committee, and written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
