The RNA-seq and MeRIP-seq of early HCT116 and late HCT116

To investigate genes involved in m6A-regulated cellular senescence of colorectal cancer cells, we established natural senescent cancer cell line model. We generated the natural senescent colorectal cancer cells by extendedly culturing the HCT116 cells to exceed 100 passages compared to the parental cells. The early HCT116 and late HCT116 cell line were used for transcripts sequencing and MeRIP sequencing to characterize potential factors mediated cellular senescence of colorectal cancer cells.
