Single-cell stress-marker staining intensities in B220⁺ B cells from MASH-driven hepatocellular carcinoma mice under chow, MASH, and MASH phenylalanine-free diet conditions

Per-cell fluorescence intensity values for six multiplexed markers (B220, p-PASK, p-JNK, p-S6, p-AMPK, p-eIF2α) measured in B220⁺ B cells across three dietary conditions (chow, MASH, MASH Phe-free) by high-throughput spatial protein imaging.
