It includes aligned consensus sequence FASTA files of viral sequences from persistent infections and reinfections with the same major lineage along with all other consensus sequences used as part of our phylogenetic analyses on Alpha (B.1.1.7), Delta (B.1.617.2), Omicron BA.1, and Omicron BA.2.
