Transcriptome data of transgenic plants of the green stem mutant of upland cotton

The mutant plants of green stem in upland cotton were discovered in nature. The target gene was determined through BSA resequencing and fine mapping, and the gene-edited knockout plants and overexpression plants were obtained. The samples of petals, stems at the seedling stage and the base of cotyledons from the red-stemmed upland cotton plants, the green-stemmed mutant upland cotton plants, the wild type HM-1, the single knockout plants of the A sub-group by gene editing, the single knockout plants of the AD sub-group by gene editing, the overexpression plants of the A sub-group and the overexpression plants of the D sub-group were collected for transcriptome sequencing.
