To investigate differential gene expression profile in Selenow knock-out BMDMs to elucidate the role of this small selenoprotein involving LPS-induced inflammation. Overall design: LPS-induced changes in temporal gene expression profiling analysis using isolated BMDMs from wild-type and Selenow knock-out mice. Time points: 0 h, 4 h, 8h, 24 h.
