Comparative DNA methylome analysis of Crassostrea gigas infected by Vibrio alginolyticus

Through this study, we provided insightful information about the epigenetic regulation of immunity-related genes in the C. gigas upon V. alginolyticus infection, which will be valuable to understand how invertebrates modulate their innate immune system to defend against bacterial infection.
