PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet capable of preventing breakage by folding， and easy to be folded. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 2， and two woody substrates 3A and 3B laminated to a back surface 2b of the decorative sheet 2 are contained. The decorative sheet 2 and the two woody substrates 3A and 3B form a hinge mechanism deformable between a first state that the decorative sheet 2 becomes a flat state， and the two woody substrates 3A and 3B become a state so as to be arranged with facing each other with a space between terminals thereof， and a second state that the decorative sheet 2 becomes a folding state along a gap， and the two woody substrates 3A and 3B become a state sandwiching the decorative sheet 2. The decorative sheet 2 has a substrate layer with thickness of 30 μm to 200 μm， a picture pattern layer formed on a front surface side of the substrate layer， and a thermosetting resin layer formed on a front surface side of the picture pattern layer.
