GNPS - Trachymyrmex septentrionalis fungus garden - time-course colonization with JKS1884

DCM:MeOH 2:1 extracts from Trachymyrmex septentrionalis fungus garden colonized with JKS1884 strain and ants. Samples for LC-MS/MS were collected at Day 0, Day 2 and Day 4. Ants were also extracted using the same procedure to obtain fungal garden samples. Extracts were analyzed by LC-MS/MS performed in an UltiMate 3000 UPLC system (Thermo Scientific) using a Kinetex 1.7 um C18 reversed phase UHPLC column (50 X 2.1 mm) and Maxis Q-TOF mass spectrometer (Bruker Daltonics) equipped with ESI source.
