Phylogenomic tree of Cercozoa based on single-cell transcriptomes from over 100 uncultured cells

Supplementary Data for "Phylogenomic tree of Cercozoa based on single-cell transcriptomes from 100 uncultured cells". This includes single-cell transcriptome data of 118 Cercozoa and Rhizaria cells, for the purposes of multigene-analyses (phylogenomics). The dataset includes transcriptome assemblies, predicted peptide sequences, image and video data, SSU rDNA alignment and tree data, multigene alignment and tree data.
