Table of Kruskal Wallis p-values for individual phyla within the alpha diversity dataset (rarefied). P-values for both the significance based on ecological region and trophic status are reported and bolded values are significant at p = 0.001. Dunn post hoc test with Bonferroni correction p-values are reported for those KW p<0.001. Phyla below the bolded line are phyla that comprise of <1% of the total relative abundance of a given sample (see S4 Fig).
