Case Report: Immune Modulation after PD-1 Inhibitor Therapy in a Patient with Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma Secondary to Chronic Active Epstein-Barr Virus Disease Unveiled by Single-Cell Transcriptomics

We used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to explore the immune status of the patient before and after anti-PD-1 therapy to predict the possible trajectories of disease progression. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated before and after PD-1 inhibitor therapy and analyzed using scRNAseq.
