Data Analysis of Single cell transfection of human induced pluripotent stem cells using a droplet-based microfluidic system

These data demonstrate how single transfected cells are analyzed by a microfluidic droplet method. This analysis is performed on a microdevice that allows droplets containing cells to be stored and coencapsulated with transfection agents. Fluorescence microscopy was used to detect a nuclear protein H2B-celurian. All these data demonstrate the efficacy of the microfluidic method over the conventional method in culture plates of multicarrier embryonic stem cells that were previously induced from fibroblasts.
