Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Jxnuwx-1 is a fibrinolytic enzyme producing bacteria isolated from lobster sauces. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Jxnuwx-1 was collected in the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) with the collection number of CCTCC M 2014638. Here, we report the first genome sequence of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Jxnuwx-1, which we determined in an attempt to identify the fibrinolytic enzyme biosynthetic gene.
