RT-PCR RESULTS

Real time quantification data of caspase 3 and 8 expression from SCC-25 cell line treated with Commiphora Myrrha for 24 hours. Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) was used as the endogenous expression standard. The fold change in expression of mRNAs was determined according to the comparative cycle threshold method (2−ΔΔCT).

对SCC-25细胞系在经过24小时 Commiphora Myrrha 处理后的 caspase 3 和 8 表达的实时量化数据进行描述。本研究以甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶（GAPDH）作为内源性表达标准。mRNA 表达量的倍数变化依据比较循环阈值法（2−ΔΔCT）进行测定。
