PiCCO versus Doppler Echocardiography for Cardiac Output Measurement in the Intensive Care Unit: A Prospective Observational Correlation–Agreement Study

This dataset contains anonymized paired measurements of cardiac output and cardiac index obtained using PiCCO (transpulmonary thermodilution) and Doppler echocardiography in critically ill adult patients admitted to an intensive care unit. The study included five patients and 30 repeated paired measurements collected under different hemodynamic conditions. Variables include patient identifier (anonymized), timepoint, cardiac output (L/min), and cardiac index (L/min/m²) measured by both methods. The dataset was used for correlation and agreement analysis, including Bland–Altman assessment and repeated-measures modeling.
