Microsatellite dataset formatted for GenClone program, with the first column indicating the identifier of sampling units (a concatenation of the location of sampling andunique number), two columns indicating 999 as no sampling coordinates were available, and the remaining 8 columns containing the diploid genotypes at the 8 mirosatelites used, with 3 digits per allele corresponding to the size of the amplified fragment (primers included). The first lines summarize as for GenClone infile the number of sampling units, the maximum coordinates (here missing data), the number of loci, the 2 for diploid dataset and the name of the eight microsatellite loci .
