e. Family Patent Count Score: 1 point is added for each additional international patent family beyond the baseline of 1 family.
f. Claim Count Score: Taking 10 claims as the baseline, 1 point is deducted for each claim fewer than 10, and 1 point is added for each claim exceeding 10.
g. Transfer Count Score: 5 points are added for each transfer of the patent ownership.
