Photoluminescence time series, XY map and depth scan of GeV (germanium-vacancy) in diamond
收藏资源简介:
Data from the manuscript on "Radiotracer photoluminescence for element-specific identification of color centers". The .zip files contain experimental data from photoluminescence (PL) experiments on GeV defects in diamond used in figures 2-5 in the manuscript. The GeV defects were created by implantation of the precursor 75Ga at 30 keV under a 10° incidence angle. Figure 2 (a): ZScan.zipContains 2 files: 'ZScan.csv' contains the full PL spectrum at each depth value. The data is ordered in pairs of columns, where the first column contains the wavelength and teh seconds the PL intensity. Each pair of columns corresponds to a different depth. The depth can be found in the 'ZScan_depth.csv' file at the same index. 'ZScan_depth.csv' contains the GeV PL contrast versus depth. The GeV PL contrast is the ratio of the GeV PL intensity compared to the background. Figure 2 (b): XYScan.zipContains 2 files: 'XYScan.csv' contains a 9x9 matrix of GeV PL contrast values. 'XYScan_steps.csv' contains 2 rows with 4 entries to reconstruct the x and y coordinates of the PL map in 'XYScan.csv'. The first 2 values are the start and stop positions in mm, the third value is the number of steps, and the last value is the step size in mm. Figure 3, 4, 5: TimeSeries.zipContains 13 files: Each file contains a subset of measurements (counts vs wavelength) and is named 'rpl_data_i.csv', with i the index referring to the order in time (1 being the first subset in time, 13 being the last). In each file, the first column contains the wavelength values, and each of the other columns corresponds to a single PL spectrum measured at a specific time step (in the header), with the values being the PL counts. Each file has 5 header rows containing information such as the start time of the measurement.
