We applied targeted sequence capture to multiple samples of amphibians infected with Batrochochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) to directly enrich for Bd genomic data from mixed host/pathogen DNA extractions. This allowed us to sequence Bd directly from host tissue, without the need to isolate the strain.
