Namib Turbulence Experiment Data Repository - BAMS 2021

This dataset accompanies Hilland et al. (2022) and contains the data necessary for the analysis and plots therein. Data were collected during the Namib Turbulence Experiment (NamTEX) in March 2020. This repository contains a micrometeorological overview of the entire campaign, distributed temperature sensor and surface thermography measurements for specific time periods as well as derived thermal image velocimetry and spatio-temporally decomposed temperature sets. Specific information can be found in the README.pdf file or the accompanying article. Analysis and processing of the full NamTEX dataset is ongoing and in time all data will be made publicly available.
