TOF-SIMS analysis of massive sulfide unit in Tharsis (Iberian Pyrite Belt)

Mass spectra and TOF-SIM imaging showing distribution of positive and negative ions from the analysis of a sample collected in the massive sulfide of Tharsis (Iberian Pyrite Belt). The analysis interpretation is published in the paper 2017JG004144 "Productivity contribution of Paleozoic woodlands to the formation of shale hosted massive sulfide deposits in the Iberian Pyrite Belt (Tharsis, Spain)" in the Journal Geophysical Research-Biogeosciences. Mass spectra data is formated to text files in two columns that correspond to mass and total intensity, respectively. TOF-SIMS imaging are bmp files of two different areas that have been explored.
